I love the look and texture of Black and White film. I also love the fact that you never really know what you have until you process the film. Some things are worth waiting for.
The Tintype is a variation of the collodion wet plate process developed in 1851. Tintypes are hand made images on a metal plate not necessarily tin and is a one off, the one image is an original and is the end product of the wet plate process.
